Her Story

Rasheena White-Ogundipe is a certified Resiliency and Transformation Coach, Inner Healing & Deliverance Minister, and the visionary behind Elevate to Purpose, a faith based coaching practice dedicated to emotional healing, spiritual breakthrough, and purpose activation.

She is also a survivor of sexual abuse, domestic violence, and narcissistic abuse, including covert spiritual manipulation within a previous marriage to a pastoral leader. Her experience as a former pastor’s wife gives her a unique lens into the hidden dynamics of emotional control, religious gaslighting, and leadership betrayal. Her journey through trauma, restoration, and deliverance empowers her to walk others through deep emotional and spiritual healing with compassion, wisdom, and authority.

Her Work

As the author of Life After Trauma: Healing After the Trauma Journal and Healing After Trauma: The Recovery Manual, Rasheena provides transformational tools that combine practical strategies, spiritual insight, and therapeutic practices to help individuals process pain, rebuild identity, and move forward in freedom.

Through Elevate to Purpose, she integrates evidence based psychological tools, biblical principles, prophetic discernment, and trauma informed coaching to help clients:

Her Education & Approach

Rasheena is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Psychology with a Minor in Behavioral Science at Governor’s State University. She also holds an Associate’s Degree in Fine Arts Psychology from South Suburban College.
